faq's 1. Can you give advice on the best way to package our item/s? Yes, if you have something in mind for your product we can help to recreate that. However, if you have an open brief we can guide and advise you on which direction to go. 2. Do you take into account manufacturing constraints? Yes, we make sure it can be cut, glued and packed with speed and little fuss. We won’t produce a pack that needs 6 hand glues and a degree in origami to pack! 3. Can you cut out digital and printed proofs? Yes, this is a great way to see a good representation of the finished product. Many customers have found this very useful for photo shoots, or sales samples. |
4. How can my graphic designers benefit? Your designers receive an exact cutter guide of the approved pack, making it easy for them to lay down artwork. 5. Can you produce multiple samples? Yes, we can cut out and produce a small run, which is great for transit testing etc. This is often considerably cheaper than having a die made. 6. Can you work out best sheet layouts for production? Yes, you can save on board wastage and we can provide you with the best sheet size possible. We can also work out composite sheets for you. 7. Can you e-mail cutters directly to manufacturers/die makers? Yes, this guarantees exact copies of the signed off samples. Cutters can be sent in cf2 or illustrator. Sending these speeds up process for die-makers and manufacturers and saves on re-programming. |
